    Humble Beginnings

    Hi, I am Shawn Stevenson, owner and operator of Thyme To Dine. I started Thyme To Dine as a sole proprietorship shortly after graduating from culinary school in 2013. Until launching my food truck, I specialized in catering private events.

    A Food Truck (Trailer) Business is Born

    It was a long-time dream of mine to own and operate a Food Truck business. With the purchase of a food trailer and forming an LLC for my business I began to realize that dream.

    During this period I built the foundation for my Food Truck business, while working my full-time day job. With the help of some fantastic peers, loving family, and amazing friends; It was a great learning experience.

    Going All In!

    I will be operating the food truck as my full-time occupation. I love to cook and serve my wonderful customers. It is my goal to be the best Italian Food Truck business in the state of Colorado. I can only do this with a satisfied and loyal customer base. My promise is to provide you, my customers, with outstanding quality food, excellent service, at good prices.
