Hi, I am Shawn Stevenson, owner and operator of Thyme To Dine. I started Thyme To Dine as a sole proprietorship shortly after graduating from culinary school in 2013. Until launching my food truck, I specialized in catering private events.
It was a long-time dream of mine to own and operate a Food Truck business. With the purchase of a food trailer and forming an LLC for my business I began to realize that dream.
During this period I built the foundation for my Food Truck business, while working my full-time day job. With the help of some fantastic peers, loving family, and amazing friends; It was a great learning experience.
I will be operating the food truck as my full-time occupation. I love to cook and serve my wonderful customers. It is my goal to be the best Italian Food Truck business in the state of Colorado. I can only do this with a satisfied and loyal customer base. My promise is to provide you, my customers, with outstanding quality food, excellent service, at good prices.
To all our loyal guests,
Our first priority at Thyme to Dine is the safety and well being of our employees and customers. Just like everyone else, we are monitoring the situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are following the CDC and WHO to ensure we are providing a safe and healthy environment for everyone. We will remain open for business as long as the state allows. If there are any changes to that mandate, we will update you immediately.
We take the safety and sanitation guidelines very seriously and will continue to do so. In addition, we are making sure our staff is healthy as well.We hope that you are practicing healthy habits: wash your hands; cover your mouth if you have a cough or sneeze, and if you are sick, please stay home.We encourage you to come visit us and let us take care of the nightly question of “What’s for dinner?”!Thank you,
